IHOP got a little too excited when they decided to change their name to "IHOB" (International House of Burgers). Since we’re the King of Burgers, we don’t take brands treading on our territory lightly. That’s why we decided to co-opt the IHOB momentum on social by changing Burger King’s name, logo, profile pictures, and cover photos across all of our social platforms to "Pancake King" without saying a word or leveraging PR.
We let our fans discover the change and spread the word for us instead.
