In the social age, there’s ever-present underlying pressure to always seem happy. Social media acts as our personal highlight reels and propels the myth that we are perpetually blissful.

In an effort to destigmatize conversations around mental health, we partnered with Mental Health America to create a collection of meals that invited people to choose the one that best reflected how they felt. And happy isn’t one of them.

No one is happy all the time. And that's ok.
